CrewLounge AERO announces a significant donation to UNICEF to support children affected by the recent earthquake in Türkiye and Syria. In response to the disaster, CrewLounge has committed to donate its entire revenue received from all customers on February 6th, 2023, the day of the earthquake. The donation will be used to provide crucial aid, including shelter, food, water, and medical assistance, to children and families in need.
“Our hearts go out to all the children and families affected by this devastating disaster,” said Pat Boone, general manager at CrewLounge. “We have many crew members in Türkiye using our services. We believe it is now our responsibility to support their families. That’s why we are happy to help UNICEF in its efforts to provide much-needed aid to children affected by this earthquake. By donating our entire day income, received on the day of the earthquake, we hope to make a small yet meaningful difference in the lives of those affected.”
UNICEF is on the ground in the affected areas, providing life-saving support to children and families. With the support of organizations, UNICEF can continue its critical work to ensure that children have access to essential services, including healthcare, education, and protection.
CrewLounge is committed to giving back to the community and making a positive impact on the world. The company regularly supports organizations and initiatives that align with its values and mission. “And who knows, some of them might be the pilots and flight attendants of the future,” says Pat gleefully.
