Export your flight schedule from CrewLounge AERO to the Jeppesen CrewAlert app

CrewLounge AERO has released a new update for the CrewLounge CONNECT app with an export feature to Jeppesen CrewAlert.

Jeppesen CrewAlert is the leading app for crew and fatigue safety action groups. Crew members can now export their roster from CrewLounge CONNECT directly to the Jeppesen CrewAlert app, installed on the same iOS device.

Jeppesen CrewAlert

CrewAlert is an iOS application to help airlines and their crews manage alertness and fatigue. The app uses scientific knowledge from the Boeing Alertness Model, a mathematical model of alertness. CrewAlert is available in both a free “lite” version and a “pro” version. The app is designed for professional pilots and airlines.

We are happy to welcome CrewLounge as a new integration for Jeppesen/CrewAlert”, says John Sangsta, Jeppesen’s lead mobile developer. Jeppesen is a Boeing company.

Fatigue Risk Management

“With this new integration, CrewLounge becomes an important link in efficient Fatigue Risk Management (FRM),” says Pat BOONE, managing director at CrewLounge AERO, “By pushing the roster from CrewLounge CONNECT to Jeppesen CrewAlert, crew members can monitor their fatigue and spot potential alertness risks on their flight schedule.”

The CrewAlert integration is available in the iOS version of CrewLounge CONNECT. Export to CrewAlert is not available in CrewLounge PILOTLOG, because CrewAlert requires the full flight schedule to get an accurate picture of the actual fatigue. There is no Android version of the CrewAlert app, consequently there is also no integration in the CrewLounge’s Android apps.
